Thank you for the feedback! I forgot about lddtree, it is very helpful.

Build still works, but the glib2 dependency should be brought back, as lddtree says the /usr/bin/mdb-* tools are still linked directly against it.

(As for gmdb2, everything in the gmdb2.install file is nowadays redundant with pacman hooks, the whole install= can be safely removed.)

Hi, I removed the patches, since they all have been merged, and moved gmdb2 into a separate package base. Since this is a pretty large change, please comment if it broke the build for someone.

Hello, the md5sums in the file PKBUILD are not vaild for the patch files:

0001-Fix-parallel-builds-make-jN-in-SQL-lexer-parser.patch

0002-Fixes-build-error-introduced-by-previous-commit.patch

0004-Added-.desktop-file-for-gmdb.patch

Therefore the makepkg routine fails.

When changing these to the actual values everything works fine.

Hi, I guess I'm the AUR maintainer for this now; I'm also the packager for it on the Parabola distro. All of the build issues should be fixed. Relevant is this issue: https://github.com/brianb/mdbtools/issues/47 , which is corrected in the PKGBUILD.
