Hey, any chance you could update the package to the latest version? The current version is a beta, and it displays an annoying message on startup because the beta period has expired

and if you want to perform align, I think mafft should be fine, or you can report this to the upstream instead of the AUR.

When performing an alignment with ClustalW, the clustal option input boxes cannot be selected for input? Anyone know how to fix this? For now, I've found that pasting values in works, but it's cumbersome at best.
