The megaman-rocknroll.desktop file provided by the package didn't work for me. In order to fix it, I had to change the line Exec to:

Exec=/opt/megaman-rocknroll/MegaMan_RocknRoll

Also, I suggest changing the word "MegaMan" to "Mega Man" in the Name and Comment entries of the megaman-rocknroll.desktop file, for both readability and being faithful to the source material.
