sdl2_{gfx,image,ttf} needs to be a runtime dependency

Updated to version 0.4.1. It builds fine with Zig 0.9.0 or later. Thanks @hamblingreen

Hello there! Mepo 0.4.1 was recently released, so I've marked this package out-of-date. Updating it wasn't hard. All I did was bump the pkgver, change the Zig depends to 0.9.1, and update the sha sums. You can see my changes at the link below, and building that worked on my aarch64 system (pinephone)

P.S. mepo is now based on Zig 0.9.1, so it no longer requires an older version of Zig to build.

It's correct that xdotool and dmenu are only necessary when running on X. Should they be marked optional then?

There are two dependencies missing: sdl2_image and sdl2_ttf

Are the dependencies on xdotool and dmenu really there? I see that this is basically the same package as the one for alpine, but I am still curious.
In some of the shell scripts, mepo differentiates between Wayland and X desktops:
