Builds fine, but plugin/ is missing in package() — only dist/, node_modules/, and package.json are copied, so runtime fails when meridian loads its OpenCode plugin.
Also bun install ships bun2nix into the runtime tree, and the tag prefix changed to meridian-v for 1.40.0.
