Builds with Qt 5 now, but I had to remove the GEOIMAGE option, since those files did not compile successfully.

yes.it was built and worked when i put qmake-qt4 ,lrease-qt4 instead of qmake and lrelease in PKGBUILD. thanks.

Correction of miblon's previous post. I was able to compile Merkaartor by simply appending "-qt4" to both "lrelease" and "qmake". This way, the Qt4 packages, paths, and settings are enforced.

Since 2013-03-01 https://www.archlinux.org/news/qt4-replaces-qt/ this package is broken due to hardcoded dependencies to qt directories. This problem cannot be fixed by simply editing PKGBUILD

Please add gdal and proj to dependencies. These packages are required as of 0.18: http://merkaartor.be/wiki/merkaartor/Compiling
