This is no longer necessary to keep around; install mesa and vulkan-radeon instead.

Then set RADV_DEBUG=nodisplaydcc %command% as the "XR Service Launch Options" in your Envision development profile, or if you're using the system profile, (idk for sure:) Launch KDE's "Menu Editor", search for "Envision", and add RADV_DEBUG=nodisplaydcc to the Environment Variables field.
