JohnDVD: I have updated the PKGBUILD to include the package() function, now that it is required. Let me know if your problem is fixed.

Please update the PKGBUILD (and probably Makefile). The function package() is missing, and if I edit PKGBUILD refering to that error, the following ones appear: cannot create directory "/tmp/yaourt-tmp-user/aur-mhddfs": already exists, cannot create directory "/tmp/yaourt-tmp-user/aur-mhddfs/pkg/mhddfs": already exists. I found no workaround to let it build for arch=('armv7h') Please fix this issues (and following ones).

Ligh7C: I know this comment is coming a bit late, but I've recently seen similar problems on x86_64. It seems like what is happening is the mhddfs process crashes out; I have no idea what is causing it but it seems like it could be related to updatedb*. My recommendation is to disable updatedb for the unioned mountpoint and see if that works around the issue.. Alternatively, rebuild mhddfs to make sure it is built against the latest FUSE. * https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=728310

Hi Guys, I can't seem to get this package to work correctly using the latest archlinux image for my arm5 device. I can run the mhddfs command and union drives but when writing a text file or trying to copy files, I get a 'Bad file descriptor' error. when running nano delete.txt and saving, I get this error: "Error writing test.txt: Bad file descriptor". If I try to save after this error, it works interestingly. But it always requires me to try once, get the error, and then make a second attempt to actually save the file. I can write fine to the individual drives without issue but not the mhddfs unioned virtual drive. Any ideas what could be causing this? mhddfs worked fine on older builds (as of 1-2 years ago)

You fixed it? Thank you. I was really surprised) I tried building it, didn't succeed, turned computer off, went for a walk. When i returned, i tried once again, and it was all right) Thank you again)

sergej: Looks like the original maintainer abandoned the package, so I adopted it and used your PKGBUILD. Good job!
