Finally MPLAB X v1.20 is out, it comes with native support for MplabXC16 :-)

Tested the compiler with command line and all seems fine ;-) To integrate with Mplab X [microchip-mplabx-bin: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=55048 ] you will have to wait for Mplab X v1.20, but should be out soon. Enjoy

- 'microchip-mplabc30_bin 3.30c-5': Added glibc 2.14 to the package since mplabc30 don't like the new versions of glibc ;-) @queueRAM, Ok, I decided to do a proper fix, now no more LD_LIBRARY_PATH.

Hi queueRAM, I thought of trying to solve it, but then I decided to ask Microchip about mplabc30 v3.31, because it could even been solved for that version, since I don't find problems with mplabc18 and mplabc32. But the only thing they told me was that they are thinking in the possibility of also distributing the required libraries and that mplabc30 will die and mplab xc16 will appear in the next month. So I decided to don't wast my time, and simple put the LD_LIBRARY_PATH trick, but should exist several solutions for this problem. Anyway if you are using terminal, just open terminal and before using mplabc30 execute 'export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/microchip/mplabx/glibc2.14.1', it's dirty but works :)

Thanks for the PKGBUILD. Everything works great when building projects from MPLAB X, however, when i try to build from a terminal, i get errors like the following: $ pic30-gcc -mcpu=24FJ64GA002 ... Could not open resource file: /opt/microchip/mplabc30/v3.30c/bin/bin/../c30_deviceoinfo Unknown processor 24FJ64GA002. If i pull the LD_LIBRARY_PATH trickery to use glibc-2.14 like you have in the mplabx package when i run pic30-gcc, it works fine. For example, this works: LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/microchip/mplabx/glibc2.14.1 pic30-gcc -mcpu=24FJ64GA002 ... Any ideas how this can be fixed?
