I was using --ozone-platform-hint=auto and having the startup issue in 124 as well, changing this to --ozone-platform=wayland fixed it for me

Please wait 30 minutes after a new update is released by Microsoft. The out-of-date flag sends an email notification to all those subscribed. If after a day the package stays out-of-date then please go ahead and flag the package as out-of-date to notify us.

After update to 114.0.1823.37 if you are starting edge with --ozone-platform=wayland it will offset mouse pointer exponentially across and down the page.

After a major update today, like updating to linux 6.3.1, edge-112.0.1722.64 do not have Illegal instruction (core dumped) and SIGILL error

Update to microsoft-edge-stable-bin 112.0.1722.64-1 fails.

Apart from Illegal instruction,

Arch linux version 112.0.1722.58 installed via AUR opens the github home page and displays the error code: SIGILL

The latest version which can be used and have discover sidebar is 112.0.1722.48

But it still do not support bing chat

Edge won't start at all since last update (v112.0.1722.54 from the 19th of April 2023). Running from CLI throws out an uninformative error:

$ /usr/bin/microsoft-edge-stable
Illegal instruction (core dumped)

Downgrading to v112.0.1722.48 (15th of April 2023) fixes the issue.
