Please add alsa-lib to depends, it does neither build nor run without it.
And please consider adding a custom path for the man pages, since the vanilla configuration uses a different path than Archlinux packages usually do:
./configure --prefix=/usr --mandir=/usr/share/man
I'm not sure about the license, couldn't find infos.
