Maintainer Notice

Clash.Meta is now replaced by mihomo. This package now only provide symlink to mihomo to keep compatibility. We recommend all users to remove this package and install mihomo-bin instead.

Running networking applications as root is extremely unsafe and should be avoided.

Please follow the best practice in the mihomo package and setup a special user accordingly, and remove unnecessary capabilities such as CAP_SYS_TIME, CAP_SYS_PTRACE, CAP_DAC_READ_SEARCH and CAP_DAC_OVERRIDE.

Consider adding clash-verge to Provides? mihomo provides clash-verge, so if a package (like clash-meta-rev) requires clash-verge, mihomo could satisfy, but this mihomo-bin couldn't.

@negimaho That's a good news. But for this package mihomo-bin, I cannot directly use the official packed version because there are differences with metadata.

mihomo has been packed for archlinux.

@negimaho What are the considerations for blocking those urls? I have no problem with it if you modify it yourself, but I don't think it's a good idea to change this behavior in this public package unless there is any solid reason.
