@amish - I've updated to latest version, and enabled DNSRBL. I've not include GeoIP, as I don't quite understand what the patch is doing, as it doesn't change other 'geoip_handle' variables; and I cant see any mention of this patch on the upstream mailing list or on any bug trackers.
