@mjr Looks like the source was updated to fossies.org. Another option, just in case it becomes necessary: ImageMagick have bzip2 packages on their source mirrors (HTTPS and FTP!), as one of the ImageMagick delegate libraries.

@adsun It actually looks like the bzip2 homepage (www.bzip.org) is now some kind of landing page. Not sure where to report this... Is there another trusted source for the source code?
