Hello, thank you for your comments. I updated the PKGBUILD with your feedback and updated to 0.8.0 as well.
Regarding shared libraries: capnproto does not support shared libraries on Windows currently. That is something that has to be fixed upstream first: https://github.com/capnproto/capnproto/issues/480
Also, all your points make sense, but I would appreciate it if you could word them a bit friendlier. Rather than phrasing your points as commands, I would prefer them to be phrased as suggestions. I'm not a robot after all.

some remarks:
it must depend on mingw-w64-crt
arch must be "any"
doesnt it build shared libs ?
add "(mingw-w64)" to pkgdesc
