please change mingw-w64-gcc to mingw-w64-configure in the makedepends.
It does not pull the correct dependencies in a clean makechrootpkg environment otherwise.

mingw-w64-configure is missing in makedepends.
mingw-w64-gcc could be replaced by mingw-w64-configure because it has mingw-w64-gcc as dependency.
