you are right, feb2024b tag includes the fix. I was using feb2024 tag + the patch. Thank you

I am using the feb2024b tag and the path seems to be set correctly, are you sure you tried the correct package?

Please apply this patch it is not inclued in feb2024 tag. See also here. Thank you
