Removed the make flags for parallel building.
Opted against using mingw-w64-configure since it’s unclear what the benefit or use of it is over plain autotools when this is being compiled on Arch.

here too you can make use of mingw-w64-configure
also I suggest not to set any make flags, these should be set in your makepkg.conf
