mingw-w64-configure is missing in makedepends.

Unfortunately at the moment, tcmalloc doesn't seems to work well with mingw-w64, meanwhile anyone who consider using this should try jemalloc instead, its in AUR and works.

Did anyone manage to make it really work on windows? I compiled my code with -ltcmalloc_minimal linker flag and compilation finished successfully, but when I start the program on a windows machine, it uses the system's malloc and not the tcmalloc. I also put libtcmalloc_minimal-4.dll in the workdir - no difference. Exactly the same project works fine on linux, tcmalloc is loaded automatically.
