hello, this package crashes on a simple example:

$ wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/xantares/pkgtest/master/test/t_libpsl.c

$ x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc t_libpsl.c -lpsl

$ x86_64-w64-mingw32-wine a.exe

mingw-w64-configure needs to be replaced with mingw-w64-meson.

is it possible to use meson instead of configure ? meson is by far faster than autotools. Thank you

I can confirm that @madmanfred's solution of installing gtk-doc fixes the build on KDE.

The package fails to build for me, when i have not installed gtk-doc, so that should probably be in makedepends.
