maybe you interrupted it and the file was corrupted? how about from scratch?

It compiles correctly, but then I get this error: i686-w64-mingw32-strip:/home/build/aur/mingw-w64-libtasn1/pkg/mingw-w64-libtasn1/usr/i686-w64-mingw32/bin/libtasn1-6.dll: File format not recognized

I confirm that the package can be built by just updating the version to 4.12 and the md5sum array.

this package does not build against new headers here is a patch http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/mingw-libtasn1.git/plain/gnulib-commit-867253.patch This is already resolved upstream so the next version shouldn't need this patch.
