Can you please build with cmake, so that cmake targets are generated?

Looks like python-sphinx is required for building. I had an error when building:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'sphinx'

Installing python-sphinx solved it. Is it possible it is a makedepend?

EDIT: I see you added it to the makedepends, thanks!

could you bump up the release number? libjpeg-turbo has been updated since and it still requires the old libjpeg-62.dll which isn't provide by libjpeg anymore.
