Could you email aur-general@archlinux.org and ask for it's removal. Include a short reason and link to this page.

This (1.0.18) is the last release of libusbx, as the project has merged back with libusb (see http://libusb.info/) hence this package will not be updated anymore. You can already switch to mingw-w64-libusb which is the exact same thing except that's where future development will happen.
