I will update this package again when it is actually used. Currently mingw-w64-openssl is still at 1.1.x which also makes sense for the time being (as the regular openssl package has not been updated as well). This package is only supposed to be used as a fallback for projects not supporting 3.x once mingw-w64-openssl has been updated to 3.x.
