Sorry, I overlooked that this is about the Qt 5 version. I've just gave it a rebuilt and it works. Note that the latest https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/mingw-w64-qt5-base and https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/mingw-w64-qt5-base-static are required; otherwise an error like this is expected.

I haven't rebuilt this package but the error shouldn't occur with the latest https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/mingw-w64-cmake-static. Are you using the latest version (pkgrel = 2) of that package?
