I could build mingw-w64-python v3.4.2 with patches from there : https://github.com/Alexpux/MINGW-packages/blob/master/mingw-w64-python3

Ok but this package is currently broken (issue pointed out by ant32) So if there is any tips to fix it, those would be welcomed

it's not ready yet, and it's not just about changing the version number, it requires to follow patches upstream and create new ones. but feel free to contribute

We should add tcl/tk for tkinter (and idle). It's currently failing to find the libs / headers even if I add them as a dependency.
