I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to install this package. That's how I did it. You need to install these packages one by one in this way:

yay -S
mingw-w64-pixman mingw-w64-rust-bin
mingw-w64-libxml2 mingw-w64-graphite mingw-w64-libthai
mingw-w64-fribidi mingw-w64-gdk-pixbuf2
mingw-w64-ncurses
mingw-w64-lzo
mingw-w64-freetype2-bootstrap
mingw-w64-fontconfig

It should end with the error:

yay -S --nodeps
mingw-w64-poppler
mingw-w64-pango

And finally:

yay -S mingw-w64-sfml-static
