That this now runs into WINEARCH is set to 'win32' but this is not supported in wow64 mode. because of https://archlinux.org/news/transition-to-the-new-wow64-wine-and-wine-staging. I haven't researched how this should be handled now instead. Maybe we can avoid setting WINEARCH at all.

meson.build:1:0: ERROR: Executables created by c compiler i686-w64-mingw32-gcc are not runnable.
