The package does not build with the latest version of gcc from core. Add export CFLAGS="-std=gnu17" at the beginning of build() pls

Hello - !buildflags can be used instead of unset for disabling compil flags - !libtool is enabled by default - strip dll with "--strip-uneeded" instead of "-x -g" xan.
