Seems changing -DZSTD_BUILD_STATIC=OFF to ON is enough, it does not need the workaround like other packages.

Hi, your update has removed the static library. Please see other cmake mingw-w64 packages on how to include this.

Source URL is invalid: 404 error. I think the correct URL is https://github.com/facebook/zstd/releases/download/v1.5.2/zstd-1.5.2.tar.gz
