https://miniupnp.tuxfamily.org/minissdpd.html would be a more up to date $url I think (because on the top level page, https://miniupnp.tuxfamily.org/, the specified date of last update of the page is newer than on http://miniupnp.free.fr).

I made an OpenRC startup script: minissdpd-openrc.

You may want to add it as optdepend ("for OpenRC based systems").
