In case of what? Please remove the license file. It further clutters the directory and makes it look like the program uses a nonstandard license. If the license changes, the "in case" file would become incorrect, and you would need to update the PKGBUILD. Leave the command commented if you want it for future reference.

Is it necessary to install this to
/opt? Since the script is currently a single file, it can just be copied to/usr/bin.Since the script is licensed under GPL, a custom license directory is not needed.
