Ok, interesting. Doesn´t work with me. I am trying to reinstall today again. What OS do you have? Manjaro or Arch Linux?

Hi seantum, I've checked it via my "Change Wallpaper" window/setting and there is Victoria listed:

I can also change my background to one of the Victoria backgrounds.

Hi Volker, have you tested your package? I can install it just fine without errors, but the wallpapers aren't visible in "Change Wallpaper". I've checked, they're saved in /usr/share/backgrounds just fine.
