Hello, several things in this pkgbuild need to be corrected

  • license is GPL3 not GPL(2)
  • lacks correlation between source=() and pkgver=
  • packages of of the base-devel group don't have to be in makedepends=()
  • no need to specify bash and gettext
  • git and python are missing from makedepends, you're welcome to build in a clean chroot before uploading to ensuring needed depends and makedepends are met, for convenience using extra-x86_64-build from devtools package https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/DeveloperWiki:Building_in_a_clean_chroot
