2.11 released, also libxkbcommon-x11 is missing from makedepends (it looks for xkbcommon/xkbcommon-x11.h during build)

You could add
egl-wayland
as makedepend and optdepend and thenmir
will build with support for eglstream-kms (-DMIR_PLATFORM='gbm-kms;eglstream-kms;x11;wayland'
as an option tocmake
