Anyone interested in becoming a co-maintainer?

I've switched to a different distro, so disowning.

Old builds are aggressively cleaned up by the upstream server, and 404s usually indicate that only newer builds are available. That's what happened here. I've updated the package.

Done. Thank you!

Please consider depending on "java-runtime=8" instead of "jre8-openjdk". That would allow people to use packages like jre8-openjdk-infinality instead of *having* to use jre8-openjdk. :-)

This package is already at revision 3145, and the mkgmap download page [1] lists version 3145 as the current stable release. Thus, I'm not going to update any further than that. If you want the absolute latest release, I'd recommend installing mkgmap-svn [2]. [1] http://www.mkgmap.org.uk/download/mkgmap.html [2] https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/mkgmap-svn/

Thanks for the comment! I'm updating three packages: mkgmap, mkgmap-svn and splitter. Interestingly, namcap warns that java-environment is a dependency. However, I empirically tested out the updated packages by compiling a new map, and everything worked. Thus, namcap's warning appears spurious.

java-environment will install both the java JDK and JRE. JDK is a lot of download =P especially if it's not needed. I think only the JRE is needed to run mkgmap. Replacing java-environment with java-runtime as a dependency lightens the load quite a bit.
