The changes are:
* Do not use the git version.
* SDL host + path audio.

Meanwhile, there is a pre-compiled version:
https://github.com/moai/moai-dev/releases/tag/Version-1.5.2-binary-desktop
* It supports only x86_64.
* Do not have the audio patch.
* It does not have examples.

Some problems with the audio.

I'll wait a few days, in any case, this package will change with my patch.

Installed with samples: ~67,70 MiB

Package without samples: ~3,5 MiB
Installed without samples: ~10,17 MiB

If you do not need the samples comment the 3 lines #Samples into package(){ }
