Hello, to compile your software with mono 3.5, you also can use referenceassemblies which work better with newest monodevelop build.
For this you need to install referenceassemblies-2.0-bin and referenceassemblies-3.5-bin which I maintain in the AUR.

Hello, if you use monodevelop 6.1, you couldn't compil with mono42, you need to downgrade to monodevelop 6.0 (if need PKGBUILD: https://github.com/malahx/Arch-Linux-PKGBUILD/blob/master/monodevelop60/PKGBUILD ).
