please add libutempter to the dependencies, without it mosh failed to start with following error: mosh-server: error while loading shared libraries: libutempter.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Could you please add 'perl-io-socket-ip' as dependency or mention it somewhere? It's needed for the starting IPv6 support, see https://github.com/keithw/mosh/commit/6f0669b909b774ed69ada01c0d2a7e19a3bd4b07 Also 'vte-mosh-fix' and 'vte3-mosh-fix' would be nice, as they fix problems with vte-based terminals, see https://github.com/keithw/mosh/issues/325 Thank you!

This creates /usr/etc which is empty
