I have upgraded to the latest available release and the PKGBUILD now also creates that folder. From what I can see it doesn't seem to actually use it but the setup seems to need it. Go ahead and try again.

When installing: chown: cannot access '/opt/motioneye': No such file or directory error: command failed to execute correctly
