The source download link http://file.mounriver.com/tools/MRS_Toolchain_Linux_x64_V1.92.tar.xz no longer works. It instead needs to be replaced with http://file-oss.mounriver.com/tools/MRS_Toolchain_Linux_x64_V1.92.tar.xz , with "file-oss" instead of "file".
