I can't install it - it fails with
error: could not create home directory: '/.rustup'error. Any hints how could I fix it?Xavier commented on 2024-07-20 02:01 (UTC)
@LT_Horn I have the same environment as you, and I don´t have that issue, for me it doesńt make sense that a VPN block your plasma desktop, maybe there is something else

@xiota, yes pacman -Syu + reboot, no change in behavior for either mozillavpn or mozillavpn-git, still gets locked after the VPN connects.
EDIT Issue resolved and unrelated to mozillavpn.

@xiota same issue after updating again and trying mozillavpn-git KDE:6.1.3 Kernel: 6.9.10-arch1-1 Graphics: Wayland AMD CPU AMD GPU
EDIT: tried a different VPN and it locked up plasma again. Issue seems to be with Network Manager, or something in that stack.

after system upgrade, launching MozillaVPN causes plasma to lock. killing MozVPN brings back plasma
