Update, still works well and is still the only up to date, easy to set up discord rich presence client that shows album artwork.
I added my imgbb API to the config and it's working great, the rest of the songs that don't show up in the Musicbrainz database show their cover art!
At worst there's a slight delay but once it's been uploaded to imgbb it's pretty much instant the next time you play it.

This works great on my system when using Lollypop. The mprisence service also enabled without any problems. Cover art also shows up properly although that's because most of my tags are from MusicBrainz.
