also please add backup=('etc/mptcpd/mptcpd.conf') to avoid override user config

config file should in /etc not /usr/etc 

-    ./configure --prefix=/usr
+    ./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc

Hi! The Upstream URL (https://github.com/intel/mptcpd) now redirects to https://github.com/multipath-tcp/mptcpd and should be updated.

Also, would you please consider creating a python-mptcp-packetdrill package from https://github.com/multipath-tcp/packetdrill ?
