It lacks of something to enable native vulkan video decoding which is supported by mpv-full-build-git.

The build file of official mpv is upgrade, that the meson build option 'libplace-next' is changed to 'libplacebo'. So now I build mpv, it just told me 'eson.build:1:0: ERROR: Unknown options: "libplacebo-next"'.

build: vaapi-x-egl is not used anywhere, remove it https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/commit/99f367f219b45c83de68bdac378c14a55b9bbe77

for mpv: the feature libplacebo-next must be enabled, otherwise gpu-next is not compiled:
'-Dlibplacebo-next=enabled'
