It also conflicts with another freshly created PKGBUILD, but that's not your (freijon) fault.
It's , https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/mpvc . I left some comments there to try to make them understand the problem.

Needs an "Conflicts With" tag with, https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/mpvc-git
Which is a much older PKGBUILD than this one.
