@malacology This package does not contain an upstream .desktop file. As per Arch's principles, I don't think one should be added.

The project has been moved to Github. The old Sourceforge page returns 404 when attempting to download the package.

@wookietreiber Yeah, between April and June the md5sum of the package changed several times IIRC... When I saw your first comment I thought it had changed *again*... All is well, I guess.

@Stunts: I just checked the difference between the tarballs (still had the old one): the new tarball just has a new root directory "mrbayes_3.2.5", all file contents are the same. So, you'll just need to bump pkgrel, update the md5 and change `cd $srcdir/src` to `cd $srcdir/mrbayes_$pkgver/src` and all is fine.

@Stunts: I just got a report that the md5 changed upstream on my mrbayes-mpi AUR package and wanted to let you know about this. I don't know what happened there at SourceForge because the file is still displayed as modified at 2015-05-28.

Again?? *sigh* Well, at least the documentation is improved. Thanks for the head up. Package is updated, however AUR4 git seems to be acting up, so it might take a while before the updated version is available.
