After the upgrade to 13.1.4.0-1, the php-sqlsrv does not work anymore (for me), it is missing the libssl.so.10 and libcrypto.so.10 dependencies. After symlinking in /lib to libssl.so.1.0.0 and libcrypto.so.1.0.0 it works fine again.
