LICENSE should be removed, now muscle has migrate to github, License is now in the source code.

@xa0082249956: 3.8.1551 > 3.8.31, and the former is still listed as "latest source" on the MUSCLE download page. This package is up-to-date.

To update:

  • pkgver=3.8.31

  • source=(http://www.drive5.com/muscle/downloads$pkgver/muscle${pkgver}_src.tar.gz LICENSE)

  • In the first line of build() and package(): cd "$srcdir/muscle$pkgver/src"

I can not reproduce this, alignments seem to run fine on my machine.

I just marked this package as outdated because muscle outputs a "Segmentation fault - Core dumped" message. Instead, I downloaded the binary version from http://www.drive5.com/muscle/downloads.htm and had no problem to use it. I used yaourt to install the AUR package, on x86_64. I saw no error or warning during the install, and muscle's latest version is indeed 3.8.31.
