Shouldn't this list 'musl' from community as a provide?

Those commands are removed from PKGBUILD, upstream Makefile already fixed that. This works with v1.1.18.r51.gd5029bb8-1 now.

Building v1.1.18.r51.gd5029bb8-1 results in:

make: *** No rule to make target 'tools/musl-clang'. Stop.

Maybe this has been fixed in the Makefile as per PKGBUILD comment?

Considering musl's popularity for compiling static binaries, would it make sense to add "staticlibs" to the options array?

Updated, now all gets into /usr instead of /usr/local.

The musl-gcc wrapper gets installed in /usr/local/bin most packages conform to /usr/bin just to let you know.
